Dental plates
Dental plates are removable orthodontic appliances that allow bite alignment and dentition straightening to be carried out during childhood. They are made of soft plastic and wire. For each patient, their own version of the dental plate is made on the teeth, the design is created exactly according to the shape of the child’s palate.
Children’s age is considered one of the most appropriate for correcting the position of unevenly growing teeth and correcting malocclusion. This is due to the fact that the child’s jaw is still forming and this helps to correct the defects in a relatively short period of time and prevents the abnormality from getting worse.
