Insignia braces are an effective solution for correcting even the most complex bite defects. These systems are manufactured using unique CAD/CAM technology, which involves computer modeling. Each set of braces is individually made in a laboratory, based on a silicone mold of the patient’s jaw. This mold is digitized and becomes the basis for system modeling.
With the help of a special computer program, an orthodontist can review the patient’s jaw parameters and make the necessary adjustments: choose the sequence and structure of the brace arcs, the material of the brackets, the presence/shape of hooks, and simulate the shape of the future smile. You get an ideal, predictable result.
